Before contacting us

• Check that the device has a working internet connection.
• Confirm that the restaurant account and staff permissions are correct.
• For KDS or printer issues, check that the device is paired and on the same network where required.
• Keep the restaurant name, affected device and approximate time of the issue ready.

App review information

DianDot EPOS is an authorised restaurant workspace app. A test restaurant account is required for the operational screens because reservations, tables, orders and KDS data are private to each workspace. Card payment in the test workflow records a tender inside the EPOS and does not charge a live card.
